First, we meet. For now, until we get into our new office, we are considered a traveling tailor service. This means for a limited time, we save you the time and the hassle of coming to us. We will go to you or schedule a meeting room with one of our partners all around the Charlotte area. Whichever is most convenient for you!

The next step! We will give you a description of your options of FABRICS from some of the most sought after mills in the world. We have fabrics that are appropriate for any season or occasion and you are sure to find something that you will love.

The customization details are what make your garment your style! This step includes the style and width of your lapels, single or double breasted jacket, pocket style, cuff buttons, vents, pant cuffs, belt loops or waist adjusters, monogramming, and more!

We take around 20 measurements and add to them here or there to make sure your garments fit comfortably. Keep in mind, since measuring is on us, so is the fit. Alterations are included with any custom garment!

Your custom order is off for production! We have production partners all over Europe and Asia who have decades of experience constructing garments by hand at a high level of excellence. If you’re wondering about lead-time, we like to plan for about 6 weeks before your custom garment arrives under normal circumstances. This can vary depending on the season. HOWEVER, all of our production partners offer a rush service that can be discussed when necessary.

Finally! We have your pieces! We can either ship them to your door, or we can deliver them to you when you are ready for us to conduct a proper fitting. At your fitting, you could be perfectly happy with how your garments fit. If so, perfect! But sometimes once you get to put everything on your body, we notice a centimeter here or there that can be taken in, or let out. Alterations are included in the cost of each garment. We have local alteration partners who are more than capable of fine tuning your items in any way that is possible.
